  10.        Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) is a standard for
  11.        telephony where information is transferred by digital rather
  12.        than analog signals.
  13.  
  14.        The ISDN execution environment includes support for PPP on
  15.        the Indy, O2, and OCTANE systems.  Additionally, the Indy
  16.        supports ASI.
  17.  
  18.        Note:  Packaged with these release notes is a separate sheet
  19.               that contains the Software License Agreement.  This
  20.               software is provided to you solely under the terms
  21.               and conditions of the Software License Agreement.

  84.        (the _r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s subsystem), you can view the release notes on
  85.        your screen.

  87.        If you have a graphics system, choose ``Release Notes'' from
  88.        the Help toolchest. This displays the _g_r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s(1) graphical
  89.        browser for the on-line release notes.

  91.        Refer to the _g_r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s(1) man page for information on
  92.        options to this command.

  94.        If you do not have a graphics system, you can use the
  95.        _r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s command.  Refer to the _r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s(1) man page for
  96.        accessing the on-line release notes.

  100.        After you install the on-line book for this product (the
  101.        _b_o_o_k_s subsystem), you can view the on-line _I_S_D_N _U_s_e_r'_s _G_u_i_d_e

  104.          1.  Choose ``On-Line Books'' from the Help toolchest.
  105.  
  106.          2.  In the IRIS InSight Library window, double-click the
  107.              book on the SGI_EndUser bookshelf that's entitled
  108.              ``ISDN User's Guide''.

  110.          3.  For more information on using the online book, choose
  111.              a topic from its Help menu.

  115.           +o Order the necessary ISDN hardware and services.
